1. User sends an Wikipedia email to me.
2. Forwarding mail server accepts the email.
3. It performs following check:
   1. If email is from Wikimedia emailer AND
   2. Email contains boilerplate text (by the "Email this user" function at ) in email footer
4. If both are YES, email is forwarded to ticket system inbox, as well as the original inbox.
5. To track the records from my inbox (without opening new tab), BCC my real email address for archiving.
